Immersion control
For regulating the depth to which the workpieces are immersed in the granulate. Two light sensors identify the tip of the workpieces when the workpieces are immersed. The control system then calculates the maximum possible immersion depth. The immersion depth of the werkpieces in the container at the preset level of media is indicated in the display. The immersion depth of the workpieces can be preset to ensure the best possible quality of finish.

Driven holders
These toolholders are specially designed for finishing tools. In addition to the regular movement, each tool rotates indedpendently during processing. This gives a consistent quality of finish in considerably shorter times. in addition the chip flute attains a very good degree of rounding.
Automatic paste dosing unit
At programmable intervals the polishing medium is automatically impregnated with a polishing paste injected at high pressure from a reservoir with a capacity of 7.5 kg.
