Our steel pins are rounded and therefore produce an especially good finish with magnetic polishing.

Abrasive media can be divided into two main groups:

Plastic bonded:

Here the abrasive material is bonded in polyester resin.

  • Properties:
    Low density, soft basis material.
  • Area of application:
    Mainly for the grinding and polishing of non-ferrous metals.

Ceramic bonded:

Here the abrasive material is bonded in ceramic.

  • Properties:
    High density, hard basis material.
  • Area of application:
    Mainly for the grinding of steel alloys.
