HV 20 tub vibrator

The HV 20 tub vibrator is a new addition to the OTEC range of mass finishing machines. OTEC has previously specialised in disc finishing and drag finishing machines and achieved a worldwide reputation for innovative products in these areas. By introducing the HV 20 tub vibrator, OTEC is now extending its product range still further and increasing the scope of options available for mass finishing, deburring, edge rounding and polishing. The highlights of the tub vibrator are as follows:

Typical applications for this tub vibrator include the finishing of bone nails, bone plates, drill inserts and dies. Thanks to its unique design, this machine provides very intensive finishing and therefore enables much shorter processing times to be achieved than with conventional tub vibrators.
