For mass finishing implants, both disc-finishing machines in the CF series and drag finishing machines in the DF series can be used. For the DF machines, OTEC can supply special holders, for example for polishing workpieces to Ra values of up to 0.01 µm. Of course, implants such as tibias, femoral shafts, cranial prosthetics, artificial shafts, artificial acetabula and endoscopes can be ground and polished.
