Your service requests at a glance

As an OTEC customer, you have access to our help desk to view the status of your returned goods, FAQ, support and service requests. You can follow the processing history of all requests sent to us via our ticket system in the Helpdesk.

If you are a customer and wish to submit a service ticket, please use the “Forgot password” function and specify your email address, which is also your user name. We will then promptly send you a password. Our customer service will be happy to help you (service(at)otec.de).
