Sustainable Process Water Treatment for Mass Finishing Systems
The OTEC Centrifuge WT-15-500-M provides efficient process water treatment as part of a circulation process and complements both existing and newly installed Mass Finishing systems. By reusing treated process water, it significantly reduces fresh water and compound consumption.
High centrifugal forces reliably remove abrasion particles and solids from the process water while compacting the resulting sludge to a low residual volume. This reduces operating costs, wastewater volumes, and disposal costs.

Automated Operation
A 7-inch touchscreen enables intuitive control of the system. It automates tank draining, dosing of process water cleaner, and fresh water refilling. Level sensors and automatic pump shut-off ensure reliable operation. A specially designed sludge container facilitates the removal of compacted sludge.
Equipment
The centrifuge comes in steel, aluminium, or stainless steel. Optional equipment includes a dosing pump for process water cleaner, collection tray, leak sensor, automatic fresh water refilling, cleaning water spray gun, and vibration monitor.
