These machines use a special low-viscosity oil in place of a water/compound mixture. This has the following advantages. This specially customized machine is equipped with a handling system for abrasive media and workpieces – which makes the system so much easier to operate:

» No need to degrease the workpieces prior to finishing

Process description:
» The process drum is emptied by means of swivel motor
» Workpieces are automatically separated from the process media by the Unisepa screen separator
» Lifting unit for collection pan makes handling of the abrasive media much easier
» Hopper only needs to be filled manually for the first batch
» Contents are automatically tipped into the process drum
» Process starts
» When the first batch is finished, the second batch is automatically loaded
